A practical search campaign starts with your business.

Tell us what you sell, where you can provide it and which inquiries are worth your team's time. Those answers shape the pages, search priorities and monthly scope we discuss with you.

Experience with a purpose

The team behind South Dakota SEO Company has worked in SEO since 2009. That experience informs how we research a market, organize a campaign and explain the work. Your business still needs its own assessment: a service territory, customer decision and competitive setting cannot be understood from a package name alone.

We work remotely with businesses serving South Dakota. An independent shop, a supplier arranging rural deliveries and a seasonal attraction can face different questions before a customer makes contact. We use your actual operating arrangements to understand those questions, without assuming that every business needs the same pages.

Start with the offer you can fulfill

Intake begins with your website, services and coverage. Tell us which offers you want to promote, what a suitable customer looks like and any limits that affect availability. If the website describes a retired service or sends requests to the wrong place, that belongs in the discussion before more promotion.

Bring the questions customers repeatedly ask. A missing delivery condition or unclear quote process can explain a weak inquiry better than a broad statement that the site needs more traffic.

Research becomes a page plan

Keyword research helps identify what customers are trying to find. We group related questions around the page that should answer them, then compare those priorities with your current website. A service page needs to explain the offer and next step; a useful article can answer a narrower question that supports the decision.

We consider the places you actually serve and the information a customer needs there. Coverage does not imply a staffed location in every town. A local page needs a useful role, accurate service details and a route to the right inquiry, rather than repeated copy with another place name.

Agree on the scope before payment

Our five SEO plans provide defined quantities. Each includes Google Business Profile optimization, citation building and cleanup, and review-generation work. Research depth and additional items vary by plan. The comparison explains those differences so the choice can reflect the amount of coverage you need.

Domain allowances describe SEO coverage. They do not include building that number of new websites. Content writing has separate monthly plans, website design starts at $400 for a quoted project, and reputation management is quoted individually. Tell us about additional pages, cities or products so we can discuss the appropriate scope.

The first month has a delivery plan

Once the service and billing choice are agreed, the order request starts the payment-link process. We send that link manually by email. The request form itself does not charge you or complete a checkout.

Plan delivery windows run from 8-10 days for Launchpad through 16-18 days for Full Reach, with each plan's window shown in the comparison. Those are deliverable timings, not deadlines for ranking gains. Search results usually develop over months and vary with competition, the website and the starting position.

Your facts guide the implementation

Your team supplies current services, availability, coverage and business policies. Identify someone who can approve specialist claims and answer factual questions. A writer can clarify an explanation, but cannot invent a product specification or decide what your business promises customers.

Keep us informed when an offer changes. A new product line, seasonal closure or revised service boundary may affect several pages and listings. The campaign should reflect the business customers can buy from today.

Understand the placements in your plan

Guest posts are articles arranged through outreach on websites we do not own. We consider the publication's subject, the article's usefulness and whether its link leads to an appropriate page. Independent ownership and a domain score alone do not establish that a placement will help your business.

Web 2.0 assets are pages we publish on established publishing platforms. Amplification links point to guest posts and Web 2.0 pages rather than directly to your website. These are separate categories in the package, so their quantities should be read separately.

Keep the limits visible

DA thresholds are third-party metrics, not Google approval. Paid placements need appropriate link treatment under Google's search policies. No external link can be promised free of risk, and another publisher may edit or remove a page. We do not promise permanent placements or a ranking increase from each link.

We also refuse invented offices, customer results and reviews. Review requests should invite genuine feedback without incentives or screening for favorable opinions. Search rankings and inclusion in AI answers cannot be guaranteed.

Reporting you can follow

The monthly report identifies every live link URL, its target page and the anchor text. You can open the source, inspect the destination and ask about anything that needs clarification. These details describe delivered activity; they do not claim that every placement caused a sale.

Bring your business context to the review. Which inquiries were suitable? Which offers changed? Did customers receive a reply? Comparing that information with completed tasks helps choose the next priority without turning a single search movement into a conclusion about the whole campaign.

Evidence has its own context

Our case studies describe actual projects, including the business type, location, period and recorded results. They show what the team has delivered in those circumstances. Your campaign has its own market, starting point and operating limits.

We may work with competing businesses in the same area or industry. One client's data, reports and campaign plans are not shared with another. We do not offer market exclusivity as part of these packages.

Keep control of your business assets

Your domain and Google Business Profile remain yours. Keep your own owner access and use appropriate permissions for anyone helping manage them. Content supplied for your website belongs in your business records alongside approved versions and reports. Third-party publishers retain control of their own pages.

Monthly plans are month-to-month and can be canceled anytime. Each plan also has a one-month option without a subscription. Email us about cancellation so the account and next steps can be handled in writing. Cancellation does not guarantee that rankings or external placements will stay unchanged.

A conversation when you need one

Email support@southdakotaseo.company with your website and question. For a phone or video conversation, use our call-request form to choose a preferred weekday and time. The request is confirmed by email; selecting a slot does not reserve an appointment automatically.

The booking form uses Central Time and makes the time zone visible for customers on Mountain Time. Prairie Compass, our scripted assistant, can direct you to service information or help you leave a question for the team.
