Your information, explained plainly.

This notice describes information submitted through southdakotaseo.company. Updated October 20, 2026.

What you choose to send

Forms may collect your name, email, business name, website, service area and message. Call requests also collect the preferred date, time, call format and a phone number when a phone call is selected. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information or private details about your customers.

Why we use it

We use these details to answer your question, prepare an analysis or quote, confirm a call and discuss requested services. A form submission does not charge a card or enroll you in a paid plan.

The services that handle a request

Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam. Brevo sends the notification and reply and stores a contact record for follow-up. Vercel hosts the website and may process technical request and security logs. Their processing is subject to their own privacy terms.

This site does not use advertising trackers or visitor analytics. The assistant stores the current conversation in your browser's session storage so it can continue during your visit. Sending a question through its contact form transmits the details to the team.

Access and retention

We keep inquiry records while they are needed to respond and manage the service discussion, and retain business records where there is a continuing operational or legal need. We do not sell submitted contact information.

Your requests

Email support@southdakotaseo.company to request access, a correction or deletion of information you submitted. We may need enough information to verify that the request concerns your own record.
